The NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc. (NASDAQ®; NASDAQ:NDAQ) and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange will host their second joint Investor Conference in New York on November 27th, 2007 in association with CIBC World Markets, following the success of the 1st conference held last year. 150 investors have already signed up to participate.
Presentations will be made by the senior management of the following 11 Israeli companies, including Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) listed, NASDAQ listed and dual listed companies: Africa Israel Investment Ltd. (AFIL), Check Point Software Technologies (CHKP), Elbit Medical Imaging Ltd. (EMIT), Given Imaging Ltd. (GIVN), Israel Chemicals Ltd. (ICL), Mizrahi Tefahot Bank Ltd. (MZRH), Oil Refineries Ltd. (ORL), Orbotech Ltd. (ORBK), Syneron Medical Ltd. (ELOS), Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited (TEVA), Zoran Corporation (ZRAN).
Bruce Aust, Executive Vice President and Head of the Corporate Client Group of The NASDAQ Stock Market said, “Last year’s inaugural conference was a great success and brought together some leading international investors with our listed companies. In addition the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange will be closing the market at the Nasdaq Market Site, Times Square at 3pm on Monday 26th November.
