Nadex Weekly Notification - Amended Tick Sizes

This weekly notification amends the minimum tick size for a range of Exchange event contracts, reducing the minimum price increment to $0.001. The amendment applies to specified products covering person-of-the-year awards, entertainment awards, elections and political outcomes, economic events, industry events, weather events, and certain contingent derivatives and centi contracts. The changes became effective during the week ended October 9, 2026. The filing includes corresponding amendments to the applicable contract rules, with redlined versions of the rule changes provided in Attachment A and made available on the Exchange's website.
