Nadex d/b/a OG.com Markets refiled its Sports Event Contract Designated Market Maker Incentive Program under CFTC Regulation 40.6(a). The program provides incentives to market makers that meet specified quoting depth and uptime requirements in designated pre-game and live sports event markets, with an effective date of October 23, 2026.
