On 1 February 2016 Moscow Exchange’s Supervisory Board voted to appoint Evgeny Fetisov, Chief Financial Officer, to an additional three-year term as a member of the Exchange’s Management Board. Mr. Fetisov has been MOEX CFO and a Management Board member since February 2013.
Evgeny Fetisov joined Moscow Exchange from private equity firm Da Vinci Capital Management, where he was a partner and managing director and was responsible for investments in the financial services sector since 2007. Beginning in 2009 Mr. Fetisov additionally was a member of the Board of Directors at RTS. Following RTS’ merger with MICEX he served as a member of Moscow Exchange"s Corporate Governance Committee and Deputy Chairman of the Budget Committee.
Prior to Da Vinci Capital Management Mr. Fetisov held a number of positions in banking and consulting, including at Citibank and McKinsey & Company.
He graduated from the Financial Academy of the Government of the Russian Federation specializing in International Economics and completed additional coursework in finance at Harvard Business School.
