- The GPW Management Board will perform its functions as a body composed of four members
Mirosław Szczepański has resigned as Vice-President of the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange on 2 July 2015.
The GPW Management Board will be composed of four members and the responsibilities of the Chief Operating Officer will be divided among the other members of the Management Board.
“I hope that the expertise and experience of Mirosław Szczepański will be used in projects implemented by the GPW Group,” said Paweł Tamborski, President of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
