Functional description

Technical specifications
Due to the how the release is being delivered to Oslo Børs the timeline that has been previously announced will require all technical specifications to be delivered to the ISV's and Vendors in Two Phases. Phase One of the Technical specifications will be published on the Delta Webpage as soon as they are individually updated and will be completed by the End of June 2016. Phase 1 of the technical specifications will not contain any details relating to "Request for quote" and "dark/lit sweep" functionality.
Phase 2 of the technical Specifications which will contain all of the functionality that Release 9.1 is delivering, including "Request for quote" and "dark/lit sweep" functionality is due to be completed by the end of July 2016 and published on the Delta Webpage.
