MIAX Options - October 1, 2015 Transaction Fee Changes - Priority Customer Rebate Tiers

Effective October 1, 2015, pending SEC approval, the MIAX Options Fee Schedule will be amended as follows:

• The Priority Customer Rebate Program will be amended to reflect adjustments to the "Per Contract Credit in MIAX Select Symbols" in Tiers 3 and 4.
