MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options And MIAX Emerald Options Exchanges July 1, 2023 Fee Changes

Effective July 1, 2023, pending filing with the SEC, MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, and MIAX Emerald Options will extend incentive programs and amend transaction fees as follows:

1. MIAX Options – Incentive program extensions
   1. Extension of the fee waiver of Application Fees, Trading Permit Fees, API and Certification Fees, and MEI Port Fees for Market Makers who trade solely in MIAX Proprietary Products until December 31, 2023
   2. Extension of the monthly Market Maker Incentive Program for SPIKES Options until December 31, 2023.  Please refer to Regulator Circular 2023-36 for further details 
2. MIAX Options, Pearl Options, and Emerald Options
   1. Modification of Fees for Customer Orders Routed to Another Options Exchange (“Routing Fee”) for Nasdaq MRX:
      1. Routed Priority Customer in Penny Program classes to $0.30
      2. Routed Priority Customer in Non-Penny Program classes to $0.50
