Effective October 1, 2026, MIAX Options Exchange will amend the Priority Customer Rebate Program ("PCRP"), pending filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission:
- Addition of Priority Customer cPRIME Agency volume to the PRCP alternative complex rebates methodology
- The per contract credits for Priority Customer Complex Orders if the EEM’s total monthly Priority Customer non-paired complex options and cPRIME Agency volume is greater than or equal to 50% of Member’s total monthly PCRP option volume remains unchanged
- The per contract credits for Priority Customer Complex Orders if the EEM’s total monthly Priority Customer non-paired complex options and cPRIME Agency volume is less than 50% of the Member’s total monthly PCRP option volume remains unchanged
