Effective January 1, 2027, pending filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”), the MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options, and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges will amend the following non-transaction fees:
- Trading Permit fees for Market Makers – all exchanges
- Trading Permit fees for EEMs – MIAX Pearl Options Exchange only
- Dedicated connectivity fees to the testing systems environment – all exchanges
- 1Gb and 10Gb connectivity fees to the disaster recovery facility – MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange only
- 1Gb and 10Gb ULL connectivity fees to the primary/secondary facility for Members and non-Members – all exchanges
- Full Service MEI/MEO Port fees for Market Makers – all exchanges
- Full Service MEO Port fees for EEMs – MIAX Pearl Options Exchange only
- Limited Service MEO Port fees – MIAX Pearl Options Exchange only
- Purge Port fees – all exchanges
- Technical support request fee – all exchanges
Also, effective January 1, 2027, pending filings with the Commission, MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will amend the following non-transaction fees for Trading Floor participants:
- Application fee for Floor Market Makers
- Participant fee for Floor Market Makers
- Trading Permit fees for Floor Brokers, Floor Market Makers and Floor Market Maker Alternates
- Remote Services – expedited service fee
- Data Center Hosting fees
