As previously announced in the January 23, 2026 Alert, MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange, and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange (collectively, “the Exchanges”) will make the new 1-Minute Interval Intra-Day Open-Close Report (the “1-Minute Open-Close Report”) available to subscribers beginning February 2, 2026. Effective February 2, 2026, pending filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Exchanges will amend the following fees:
- MIAX Options Exchange
- Monthly subscription to the 1-Minute Open-Close Report: $9,000 per month
- Ad hoc request for historical 1-Minute Open-Close Report data: $4,000 per request per month
- A request can be for any number of months beginning with January 2013 for which the data is available
- Monthly subscription to the 10-Minute Interval Intra-Day Open-Close Report (the “10-Minute Open-Close Report”): $3,000 per month
- MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange
- Monthly subscription to the 1-Minute Open-Close Report: $6,000 per month
- Ad hoc request for historical 1-Minute Open-Close Report data: $2,500 per request per month
- Requests can be for any number of months beginning with March 2017 (for MIAX Pearl Options Exchange), March 2019 (for MIAX Emerald Options Exchange), or August 2024 (for MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange) for which the data is available
- Monthly subscribers to the 1-Minute Open-Close Report may request an End-of-Day subscription and/or 10-Minute Open-Close Report subscription for no additional charge for each of the Exchanges
- Qualifying academic purchases of historical 1-Minute Open-Close Report data for each of the Exchanges: $4,500 per year for the first year; $375 per month for each additional month
