In coordination with the other U.S.-listed options exchanges, the MIAX Options Exchange, Pearl Options Exchange, Emerald Options Exchange, and Sapphire Options Exchange have adopted a Universal Obvious and Catastrophic Error submission form, as agreed upon by the Listed Options Market Structure Working Group (LOMSWG).
