MGEX Posts Top 15 Open Interest Day

MGEX, a Designated Contract Market (DCM) and Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO), has recorded the 14th-best open interest total in its history following Friday’s activity, finishing the day at 80,302.  

This is the first time since May 20, 2014, that MGEX has seen its open interest climb above 80,000, marking an impressive increase of late. Open interest is currently 10 percent higher than at this time a year ago, and has increased six percent in the last week alone.
