At its October 27, 2015, Organizational Meeting, the MGEX Board of Directors named 2015-2016 public directors, named Board officers and approved committee assignments.
Two public directors were appointed by the Board: Steve Fanady and Bradley R. Griffith will each serve two year terms. They join previously appointed public directors Michael V. Dunn and Alan J. Swimmer who are each starting the second year of two year terms.
The Board also elected officers and members of the executive committee. Christopher T. Matzdorf was named Board chairperson; Murray Stahl was elected first vice chairperson; Michael O. Miller was named second vice chairperson. Public directors Michael V. Dunn and Alan J. Swimmer complete the executive committee.
The Board appointed chairpersons for committees of the Board of Directors and standing committees of the corporation. A list is below.
