MGEX, a Designated Contract Market (DCM) and Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO), announced the results of its annual Board of Directors (Board) election, held October 3, 2013. Re-elected to the Board were Richard A. Dusek and Marc L. Gordon. Newly elected to the Board was Murray Stahl. All will serve two-year terms.
MGEX Chief of Staff and Assistant Corporate Secretary Jesse Marie Green reported that six candidates ran for three open Board positions. A total of 303 votes on proxies were received.

I also welcome Murray Stahl to the Board and look forward to continue working with Mr. Dusek and Mr. Gordon on continuing business growth and development for the Exchange,” said Mark G.
