MGEX: AJC Contract Sets New Daily Volume Record

MGEX, a Designated  Contract  Market (DCM) and Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO), set a new daily volume record for Apple Juice Concentrate (AJC) during yesterday’s trading session with 250 contracts traded. This is a 13 percent increase over the previous top volume day set on June 20, 2013.

Options contracts accounted for all of the contracts traded, of which 70 were call options and 180 were put options. Total open interest was reported at 160 contracts. Please visit www.mgex.com/ajc/ to view a variety of AJC resources, including a series of six webinars.
