As of today, Friday 2 May, the investment bank Merrill Lynch starts trading on Oslo Axess. Oslo Axess opened one year ago.
Merrill Lynch has been trading on Oslo Børs since 2003, and has now decided to start trading on Oslo Axess. 46 out of the 61 members on Oslo Børs are now also members on Oslo Axess.
Another remote member, Morgan Stanley, started trading on Oslo Axess on 23 April, after being a member on Oslo Børs since 2000.
Oslo Børs has experienced a very positive response when it comes to Oslo Axess, both from Norwegian and foreign member firms.

Oslo Axess was established 2 May 2007 and is an exchange for companies that do not meet the requirements for listing on Oslo Børs but that wants to list their shares on a regulated market and enjoy the benefits this brings. In the same manner as ordinary listing, Oslo Axess provides access to capital, attention, growth and liquidity.
