(“RS”) has accepted the resignation of Tom Atkinson as President and Chief Executive Officer and has appointed Maureen Jensen as President and Chief Executive Officer of RS, effective today. Maureen Jensen was formerly Vice President, Market Regulation, Eastern Region at RS.
