Management Appointments For The OMX Nordic Exchange

The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:NDAQ) today announced new management appointments for the OMX Nordic Exchange. Hans-OleJochumsen has been appointed President of the OMX Nordic Exchange Group Oy.Hans-Ole previously held the position of Deputy President of the OMX Nordic Exchange Group Oy. Hans-Ole will continue to serve as Executive Vice President with NASDAQ OMX Group.

Jenny Rosberg has been appointed Deputy President of the OMX Nordic Exchange Group Oy, replacing Hans-Ole Jochumsen. Jenny will continue to serve as Senior Vice President, Global Corporate Client Group, OMX Listings & Capital Markets.

In addition, Erik Thedéen has been appointed President of the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm AB. Erik will continue to serve in his role as Head of Fixed Income, Transactions Services Nordics.

The management position appointments were made by the respective boards and will be effective immediately.
