Macquarie Online Trading is now offering the mFund Settlement Service, bringing the total number of mFund distribution partners to 13.
Ian Irvine, Head of Customer and Business Development at ASX, said the inclusion of Macquarie Online Trading will extend access to mFunds to a wider group of investors and financial advisers.
“We’re very pleased to be working with Macquarie Online Trading to be able to bring the mFund settlement service to investors and financial advisers. mFund is an ASX service that allows clients to buy and sell units in unlisted managed funds directly with fund managers, and broadens the suite of investment products already available through the ASX which includes equities, LICs and ETFs,” he said.
Cameron Garrett, Head of Wealth Product for Macquarie’s Wealth Management division said: “Investors and financial advisers will now have the ability to transact in mFunds through Macquarie Online Trading. The addition of ASX mFunds to Macquarie Online Trading provides our clients with access to new markets and strategies, complementing the suite of investments already available on our platform.”
