The purpose of this announcement is to provide details of the timeline for the migration of the UK cash markets to Millennium Exchange.
Following the 2 November 2010 Service Announcement, we have been working closely with our clients to ensure that the existing market infrastructure can process the high volume of traffic clients expect due to the increased performance of Millennium Exchange. Now that process has concluded, we are able to announce the following timeline.
The table below outlines key dates leading up to the scheduled launch date of 14 February 2011. We are pleased to confirm that alongside the existing CDS environment, clients will again be able to utilise the Early Access Service from 24 January 2011, and are strongly encouraged to use the service to validate all their Comp/UserIDs prior to the dress rehearsals.
Following client feedback we have scheduled two dress rehearsals to provide them sufficient opportunity to test all elements of their development prior to go-live.

Following the completion of the two planned dress rehearsals, we will then migrate on the scheduled date of 14 February 2011.
