The following notification is made in accordance with Rule 5.6 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
As at close of business on 28 November 2025, being the last day of trading for that month, London Stock Exchange Group plc (LSEG) confirms that its share capital consists of a total 537,650,105 ordinary shares made up of: (i) 513,598,506 ordinary shares of 6 79/86 pence each (excluding treasury shares); and (ii) 24,051,599 ordinary shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in LSEG on 28 November 2025 is 513,598,506. The above figure of 513,598,506 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, LSEG under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
