London Stock Exchange Group plc (the "Company") has been notified that Val Rahmani, Non-Executive Director of the Company, will join the Board of Smiths Group plc as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 October 2026.
This notification satisfies the Company's obligations under paragraph 6.4.9R(2) of the UK Listing Rules.
