The Warsaw Stock Exchange believes that the selection of the organization that will take business responsibility for the growth of the exchange market in the future is subject to an independent decision of the shareholders of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
According to the official statement delivered by the tender organizer, qualification to the next stage was based on the comparison of the price offers. We are convinced that the final decision concerning the planned equity transaction will respect the growth opportunities of Slovenian market and will be made following the consideration of opportunities and threats characteristic for the processes taking place on the European market, as well as processes and events occurring in the vicinity of the Slovenian capital market, that is in the CEE region.
The Warsaw Stock Exchange shall continue with its approach aimed at strengthening the regional market.
