Københavns Lufthavne Will Be Removed From OMXC20

Due to the tender offer from Macquarie Airports Copenhagen (MApC) the liquidity in Københavns Lufthavne has decreased remarkably and the Copenhagen Stock Exchange has therefore decided to exclude Københavns Lufthavne (CPH) from the OMXC20 index in accordance to Rule 5.7 in Guidelines for calculation of the OMXC20 index.

Last day for inclusion in the OMXC20 index will be Friday December 30, 2005.

Københavns Lufthavne will remain in the OMX Copenhagen All-Share and Sector indices.
