KPMG Consulting Lists on Nasdaq - Second Largest Domestic IPO In Nasdaq History

KPMG Consulting Chief Executive Officer Rand Blazer opens trading on The Nasdaq Stock Market® today as the global consulting company launches its initial public offering of common stock. It will trade under the symbol KCIN. The McLean, Virginia-based firm is offering 112, 482,000 shares, priced at $18, and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter is the underwriter.

The first of the "Big Five" consulting firms to go public, the KPMG Consulting initial public offering is the second largest IPO ever on Nasdaq®.
