Price limits correspond to market moves of 10 percent and 20 percent above or below the Quarterly Value. These price limits are determined at the beginning of each calendar quarter based on the average settlement price of the index during the calendar month immediately preceding the beginning of such calendar month. The resulting value is referred to as the Quarterly Value.
The 10 percent price limit for the fourth quarter is 157.00 and the 20 percent price limit is 313.00.
For more information on price limits, please see Chapter 24, section 13 of the Kansas City Board of Trade Rule Book. The rule book is available on our website at http://www.kcbt.com.
