Jim Bosley, independent trader, yesterday was elected president of the Kansas City Board of Trade Clearing Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Kansas City Board of Trade.
Steven C. Hyde, Newedge USA, LLC, was elected first vice president; Ryan (Rudy) Gustafson, MF Global Inc, was elected second vice president; and Dennis A. Toalson, ADM Milling Co., was elected secretary-treasurer.
Elected as directors were Kirk M. Polo, J.P. Morgan Futures Inc.; and Joseph K. Barker, Country Hedging, Inc. Kevin J. Loseke, an individual member, remains a director.
The Clearing Corp. reconciles all futures and options trades at the Kansas City Board of Trade and guarantees the financial integrity of all trades.
