Kansas City Board Of Trade Clearing Corp. Elects Officers, Directors For 2008

Dennis M. Erwin, Erwin Investment Services, Inc., yesterday was elected president of the Kansas City Board of Trade Clearing Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Kansas City Board of Trade.

J. Dodd Pearson, an individual member, was elected first vice president; Terrence R. Kingan, Shay Grain Company, was elected second vice president; and Jamie L. Dingley, an individual member, was elected secretary-treasurer.

Elected as directors were Kirk M. Polo, JP Morgan Futures, Inc.; Matthew A. Siegel, Matthew A. Siegel & Co., Inc.; and Scott Merrill, an individual member.

The Clearing Corp. reconciles all futures and options trades at the Kansas City Board of Trade and guarantees the financial integrity of all trades.

The Kansas City Board of Trade, chartered in 1876, is the world's largest futures market for hard red winter wheat.
