Further to the announcement on 16 April 2013 of the appointment of Jon Macdonald as an NZX Director, effective 3 May 2013, NZX Limited ("NZX") advises, pursuant to NZSX Listing Rule ("Rule") 3.3.3(b), that the board of directors have determined Jon Macdonald to be an Independent Director of NZX, as that term is defined in the Rules.
