Jamaica Stock Exchange has advised that at its Annual General Meeting held on June 24, 2010, Mrs. Janet Morrison was appointed as a Director of the Jamaica Stock Exchange pending her approval by the Financial Services Commission.
Also, at the Special Board Meeting held on the same date, Mr. Donovan Perkins was appointed as the Deputy Chairman.
