IWF Change For Repsol YPF S.A. In The S&P Global 100 Index

Further to the announcement of 29 December 2006, Standard & Poor’s confirms the following change will be applied to the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus, S&P Euro and S&P Global 100 indices, effective after the close of trading on Wednesday 03 January 2007:

• Repsol YPF S.A. (Spain, SEDOL: 5669354, GICS: Energy, GICS Code: 10102010), a member of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus, S&P Euro and S&P Global 100 indices, IWF will change to 0.7693 following the acquisition of 6.88% of the company’s shares by Sacyr Vallehermoso S.A.
