Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro Indices, effective after the close of trading on Monday 05 March 2007:

• Endesa SA (Spain, SEDOL: 5271782, GICS: Utilities, GICS Code: 55101010), a member of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro Indices, IWF - Investable Weight Factor will change from 0.9 to 0.6901. This is due to recent changes in the shareholder structure.
