International Securities Exchange Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ISE) said today that both its options and stock markets will be closed for trading on Tuesday, January 2, 2007 to observe the National Day of Mourning for President Gerald R. Ford.

ISE markets will reopen for trading on Wednesday, January 3, 2007.
