The Irish Stock Exchange (ISE) commences its new online application process for International Security Identification Numbers (ISINs) today through its secure and easy to use online portal www.isedirect.ie.
The new ISIN submission service delivers
- A smooth, seamless process
- A secure environment
- ISINs within 24 hours approximately
- An online payment facility
- A ‘my account’ feature for real-time status updates and a full transaction history
- One central location, www.isedirect.ie, for recording use of all ISE services in relation to ISIN, NAVs, announcements and LEIs
Online ISIN services are available to Irish entities looking for ISINs for unlisted securities. ISIN applications for Irish issuers intending to list shares, debt, funds and exchange traded funds (ETFs) on the ISE’s markets will continue to be handled in conjunction with the listing process.
The cost per ISIN remains the same at €100 per ISIN ex VAT.

The ISE is the National Numbering Agency for ISINs (International Security Identification Numbers) in Ireland. The ISIN standard provides a uniform structure for a number that uniquely identifies securities. The ISE is a member of the Association of National Numbering Agencies (ANNA)
