Events like today provide an opportunity for companies to come together and learn from best practice organisations like the ISE and DHL.”

Bernard McCarthy, Managing Director, DHL Express Ireland said “It was a pleasure to participate in today’s GPtW® event at the ISE.  DHL Express and the ISE are two very different organisations, but we share a strong commitment to building a company culture which allows our people to grow and develop.  It was great therefore to share our experiences and views around this and other related topics.”

GPtW recognised the ISE as both one of the best places to work in Ireland (6th, medium workplace category) and in Europe (top 50 in the small to medium category). The ISE also won a special award for their history project which brought to life interesting and inspiring stories about the role of the ISE, its members and employees during key times in Irish history.

The event took place on the ISE's market floor in their Anglesea Street headquarters in Dublin's city centre.
