Faurecia SA has listed a €500m bond on the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE). The senior notes, due 2022, have a coupon rate of 3.125% and are listed on the Global Exchange Market (GEM).
Headquartered in Nanterre, France, Faurecia SA is one of the world's largest automotive equipment suppliers. Its four key areas of business are automotive seating, interior systems, automotive exteriors and emissions control technologies. It employs 100,000 people at 330 sites and 30 R&D centres in 34 countries around the world.
Faurecia SA is a subsidiary of French car manufacturer PSA Peugeot Citroën.
This corporate debt listing joins a number of French companies listing on GEM this year including Alliance Automotive, Albea Beauty, Labco and IKKS.
