The majority of Iran's Members of Parliament ratified the corporates' capital increase amendment bill on Wednesday 12 August 2020.
By the new approved regulation, the exchange listed companies will be allowed to apply share premium by wavering pre-emptive rights for their capital increase projects.
The new capital increase facility is believed to help enterprises raise more funds from the stock exchange for further investment.
