International Securities Exchange Holdings Inc. Removed From The FTSE/Mondo Visione Exchanges Index

International Securities Exchange Holdings Inc. has been deleted from the FTSE/Mondo Visione Exchanges Index following the completion of the acquisition of ISE by Eurex. This change which was effective at the opening of trading on Thursday December 20, 2007, decreases the number of components in the FTSE/Mondo Visione Exchanges Index from 21 to 20

The FTSE/Mondo Visione Exchanges Index is a joint venture between FTSE Group, the global index group, and Mondo Visione, publisher of the Handbook of World Stock, Derivative and Commodity Exchanges.

It is the first index in the world to focus on listed exchanges and other trading venues. It enables international investors to track individual stocks and the sector as a whole. It helps the management of listed exchanges to compare their performance. And it focuses the attention of the market on this important new sector.
