The new lists of shares, RTS Indices constituents, approved by the Information Committee, will be in force starting from March 16, 2009 until June 11, 2009.
JSC "Holding MRSK" and JSC "Pharmstandard" ordinary shares will be removed from the waiting list and included into the new list of RTS Index constituents. They will replace ordinary shares of TMK and RBC Information Systems. The shares of RBC Information Systems have the smallest capitalization among the securities that constitute the RTS Index. The shares of TMK are excluded from the list of RTS constituents by results of free-floats coefficients reconsideration due to a low share of free-float securities in Russia.
Due to the fact that for some securities there is a considerable excess of the number of shares, listed on foreign exchanges in the form of depository receipts, over the number of free-float shares listed in Russia, it has been decided to determine free-float coefficients for these shares basing on only the number of shares listed in Russia. As a result, free-float coefficients of OJSC "MMK", NLMK, JSC "NOVATEK" and TMK ordinary shares have been reduced.
JSC "Holding MRSK" ordinary shares will be included into the new
list of RTS-2 Index constituents, whereas ordinary shares of Kazansky Helicopter
Plant and RBC Information Systems will be excluded from this list.
Ordinary shares of JSC "Holding MRSK" will be added to the Sectoral
Index RTS – Electric Utilities, they will replace ordinary shares of
Mosenergosbyt, JSC "TGC-2" and JGC "TGC-4".
TMK ordinary shares will also be excluded from the list of constituents of the Sectoral Index RTS – Metals & Mining.
For a number of securities the free-float coefficients have been reconsidered.

More detailed information on the weight of securities in the indices, restricting coefficients and final values of free-float coefficients will be disclosed two weeks before the new lists of the RTS Indices come into force, on March 2, 2009.
