IGBM Index New Composition For The Second Half 2018 - The Index Will Comprise 128 Stocks, Following Four Additions And One Exclusion

The Indice General de la Bolsa de Madrid (IGBM) Management Committee, during its ordinary index review meeting has decided the composition of the IGBM and the Indice Total for the second half, in accordance with the Technical Provisions for the Composition, Calculation and Sectoral Division of the IGBM index family.

Four new stocks are added to the index while one is excluded, so that the IGBM and the Indice Total will be made up of 128 constituents during the second half of 2018.

The summary of inclusions and exclusions is as follows:

Inclusions:

Metrovacesa, as a newly listed stock admitted to trading on 6 February having met the criteria.

Nyesa Valores Corporación, having met the criteria following end of trading suspension on the stock market on 22 January.

Urbas Grupo Financiero, having met the criteria following end of trading suspension on the stock market on 29 December 2017.

Vértice Trescientos Sesenta Grados, having met the criteria following end of trading suspension on the stock market on 24 January.

Exclusions:

Saeta Yield, following trading suspension on 19 June until definitive delisting takes place once compulsory sale is completed, following takeover bid by Terp Spanish HoldCo.

Final weightings by sectors, subsectors and stocks will be published on the Madrid Stock Exchange’s (www.bolsamadrid.es) Official Daily Bulletin of 29^th June.
