ICMA: Important MiFID e-survey For The International Capital Market

Implementation of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) will take place in under 85 days. There is still great uncertainty about how ready the market is and how many competent authorities will ready on time.

The International Capital Market Association Ltd is conducting a critical e-survey of the post MiFID reporting requirements for capital market participants located in the EU/EEA.

This information will be used to determine the level of readiness of the market and alert ICMA Ltd to how best to provide support and assistance going forward.

We encourage you to complete our brief market survey (only takes a few minutes) and provide us with an estimate of your regulatory reporting requirements under Article 25 of MiFID and to whom you have an obligation to report to.
