ICE Futures Expands Trading Hours for Crude Oil and Refined Product Contracts

IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE), the leading electronic energy marketplace, announced the expansion of trading hours for key products traded on its regulated futures subsidiary, ICE Futures. Beginning Monday, August 21, 2006, trading hours will be extended by one hour beyond the current market closing time of 22:00 U.K time (5:00 p.m. ET) to further broaden access to ICE Futures’ energy markets to customers around the world.

ICE Futures will remain open through 23:00 U.K. time (6:00 p.m. ET) in the following contracts and their related arbitrage and crack markets: ICE Brent Crude futures and options, ICE Gas Oil futures and options, ICE WTI Crude futures, ICE Heating Oil futures and ICE RBOB Gasoline futures.
