ICE Futures Canada: Notification Under Rule 4D.10 Withdrawal From Participant Status Of J.P. Morgan Clearing Corp.

Be advised that on October 6, 2010, ICE Futures Canada received notification from J.P. Morgan Clearing Corp., a Company registered in the category of Futures Commission Merchant, as a Direct Access Trading Participant, that it intends to withdraw from participant status on a voluntary basis.

Pursuant to Rule 4D.10 c. (1) registered participants are required to provide the Exchange with 10 days notice prior to the intended date of withdrawal. Accordingly, unless a claim is received from a registered Clearing Participant of ICE Clear Canada, as provided for in Rule 4D. 10 d., or there is other reason to refuse the withdrawal request, J.P. Morgan Clearing Corp. will be entitled to withdraw on October 16, 2010.

A Clearing Participant that wishes to submit a claim against J.P. Morgan Clearing Corp. must submit same to the Exchange within seven (7) days of the date of this notice. Claims should be sent, by e-mail, to:
