Hong Kong's Securities And Futures Commission Welcomes Re-Appointment Of Executive Directors

The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) welcomes the re-appointment by the Financial Secretary of Mr Brian Ho and Mr Keith Lui as Executive Directors for another three-year term effective from 28 August 2015. 

"I am pleased with the Financial Secretary’s decision to re-appoint Brian and Keith, both of whom have served the SFC for over two decades and have made significant contributions to the SFC. I look forward to continuing working with them closely in their new term," the SFC’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr Ashley Alder said.

Mr Ho and Mr Lui are currently the executive directors of the SFC’s Corporate Finance Division and Supervision of Markets Division respectively, and were first appointed to their current positions in 2006.
