Hong Kong's Securities And Futures Commission Welcomes Appointment Of Non-Executive Directors

The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) welcomes the appointment by the Financial Secretary of Ms Mary Ma Xuezheng and re-appointment of Mr Lawrence Lee Kam-hung as Non-Executive Directors for a term of two years effective from 15 November 2013 (Note 1).

"I would like to welcome Ms Ma to our Board and express our sincere gratitude to outgoing Non-Executive Director the Hon Chan Kam-lam for his six years of dedicated service," said Mr Carlson Tong, the SFC’s Chairman.
