The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) is pleased to note that the Process Review Panel (PRP) for the SFC concluded in its latest annual report that the SFC has generally adhered to established internal procedures in its decisions and actions.
The PRP, which published its report today, reviewed 55 cases in 2011-12 covering various areas of SFC’s work.
The SFC takes note of the observations and recommendations of the PRP and looks forward to continuing its co-operation with the Panel in the coming year.
