Hong Kong Securities And Futures Commission Welcomes Re-Appointment Of Non-Executive Directors

The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) welcomes the re-appointment by the Financial Secretary of Mr Michael Wong and Mr Nicky Lo as Non-Executive Directors for a term of two years, effective from 1 April 2023 and 24 April 2023, respectively (Notes 1 & 2).

“Mr Wong and Mr Lo have been providing the SFC and the Board with valuable advice and insights.  I look forward to continue working with them in their new term,” said Mr Tim Lui, the SFC’s chairman.

Notes:

1. Mr Wong was first appointed as the SFC’s Non-Executive Director on 1 April 2021.
2. Mr Lo was first appointed as the SFC’s Non-Executive Director on 24 April 2019.
