The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) welcomes the Financial Secretary's re-appointment of Mr Keith Pogson and Mr Chew Fook-aun as Non-Executive Directors for a further term of two years commencing on 20 October 2026 and 1 January 2027, respectively (Note 1).
Dr Kelvin Wong, Chairman of the SFC, said: "I am delighted that Keith and Fook-aun will continue to serve on the SFC Board. Their extensive experience, sound judgement and valuable insight have contributed greatly to the Board's work and the SFC's effective governance.”
"I look forward to continuing to work closely with them and our fellow Board members to uphold market integrity, protect investors’ interests and support the continued development of Hong Kong's financial markets," Dr Wong added.

- Mr Pogson was first appointed as the SFC’s Non-Executive Director on 20 October 2024 and his current appointment ends on 19 October 2026. Mr Chew was first appointed as the SFC’s Non-Executive Director on 1 January 2023 and his current appointment ends on 31 December 2026.
