The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) is pleased to note the publication of the 2021-22 annual report by the Process Review Panel (PRP) for the SFC.
In the annual report published today, the PRP, which conducted a comprehensive review of 51 cases in the year under review, made observations and recommendations.
The SFC would like to thank members of the PRP for their contributions to the work of the SFC and looks forward to working with them in the coming year.
